Privacy Policy
Effective November 2, 2026. This policy describes what AQBECO Precision Tint collects through this website, why, where it goes, and how to ask about it.
Who operates this site
This website is operated by Marcus Hale, a sole proprietor, under the name AQBECO Precision Tint. AQBECO Precision Tint is the public name of the studio. The studio is at 1414 Texas Avenue, Suite 400, Houston, TX 77002, United States. Vehicles are accepted at that address for window tinting. Email [email protected] or call +1 (713) 522-1839. The site address is aqbeco.com.
What you send on the form
The quote form asks for your name, email address, phone number, vehicle make and model, the service you select, whether you prefer email or phone, an optional message, and a checkbox that you agree to be contacted about that quote. The services you can select are car, ceramic, carbon, and standard window tinting, truck and SUV tinting, Tesla window tinting, removal, replacement, or “not sure yet.”
The form also carries two fields that are not part of your quote. One is an unused field meant to catch automated submissions: if it contains text, the request is rejected. The other records when the page was opened, so a form sent in the first few seconds, or left open for more than twelve hours, can be rejected. Those checks are there to limit spam. They are not a profile of you.
Sending the form is a request for a price. It does not confirm an appointment. If you do not send the form, the studio does not receive this information from the site.
Why it is used
The quote details are used to answer you, to prepare a price for the vehicle and the glass you named, to schedule work only after the studio confirms it, and to handle a follow-up you ask for, including a request about this information. They are not used to build an advertising profile. The site does not load an advertising or analytics tag.
Technical information
The computer that hosts the site may keep ordinary server logs: the network address, browser type, date and time, and the page requested. Those logs are part of running and protecting the server. This website’s files do not set how long the host keeps them.
The quote form also counts requests so one network cannot send an unlimited number of them. The count is tied to a one-way hash of the network address and the current hour, not to your name or your message. A network is limited to five quote attempts in that hour. The count is not the text of your quote. The site does not delete those count files on a timer; a new hour simply uses a new count.
Email and the private copy
A completed quote is emailed to [email protected]. Your own email address is included so the studio can reply to you. It is not the address the quote is sent to. Separately, the same details are written to a private file on the server. That file is not a public page. The studio can read recent entries from a password page that is not part of the public menu.
The private file can be written even when the email is not accepted. A line in that file means a copy was saved. It does not mean the email reached the mailbox. The page tells you the request was sent only when the studio’s mail system accepts it. If you never see that message, the email may still have been accepted and the reply lost on the way back to your browser. Silence on the screen is not proof that nothing was sent. If you are unsure, email [email protected] or call +1 (713) 522-1839.
Who else can see it
The studio mailbox and the private file are the places a quote is meant to live. The company that hosts the server can process the file and the server logs as part of providing the server. If Cloudflare sits in front of the site, it handles the connection in order to deliver and protect the site. What Cloudflare stores is described in Cloudflare’s own documentation, not decided by these pages. Details are on the Cookie Policy.
Quote information is not sold. It is not given to a data broker, and it is not used here for advertising. It may be disclosed if the law requires it, or when that is necessary to deal with fraud or abuse of the form or the site.
How long it is kept
The website does not set an automatic deletion date for a quote. The private file stays on the server until the studio removes it. An email, if the mail system accepted it, stays in the studio mailbox until it is deleted there. Server logs, and any copies a mail provider keeps outside that mailbox, follow the host’s own settings. Those settings are not in this website.
You can ask the studio to delete the quote you sent. That request covers the private file and the mailbox message the studio still has. It does not, by itself, reach copies held by the host or the mail system outside that mailbox.
Protection
The public site redirects to HTTPS. The private file and the mail settings are blocked from being opened as web pages. The quote inbox asks for a password. The form rejects an empty required field, a field that is too long, and a message with several web links. None of this makes transmission or storage immune to misuse. Do not send a Social Security number, a payment card number, or a government ID. The form does not ask for them.
Cookies
The public pages do not write your quote into a cookie or into browser storage. The site does not show a cookie banner, and its pages do not load an advertising or analytics script. A private inbox page can set a session cookie when that page is opened, before a password is entered. The cookie’s name, purpose, and lifetime are described in the Cookie Policy. Cloudflare, if it is in front of the site, may set cookies of its own for security. This policy does not treat those cookies as a list this website has turned on.
Asking about your information
You may ask what quote information the studio holds, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion of the quote you sent. Email [email protected] or call +1 (713) 522-1839, or use the quote form and say that the message is a privacy request. Include the email address or phone number you used on the form so the request can be matched.
Children
The site is for adults arranging work on a vehicle. It is not directed at children under 13, and the form is not meant to collect a child’s information. If a child’s information was sent, email [email protected] or call +1 (713) 522-1839 and ask for it to be removed from the private quote file and from the studio mailbox message, if that message is still there.
United States
The studio and this website are in Houston, Texas, in the United States, and the site is aimed at people there. If you write from another country, the information is handled in the United States.
Changes
If the form, the cookies, or these practices change, this page will be updated and the date above will change. The page you are reading is the one that applies.
