Terms and Conditions
Last updated November 2, 2026. These terms cover use of this website. The site is operated by Marcus Hale, a sole proprietor, under the name AQBECO Precision Tint, at 1414 Texas Avenue, Suite 400, Houston, TX 77002, United States.
The site
AQBECO Precision Tint publishes information about automotive window film for vehicles in Houston, Texas, and a form for requesting a price. The pages describe the films and services the studio offers, how shade and Texas window rules affect a job, and how to reach the studio. If you do not agree with these terms, do not send the form. How the form handles your name, email, and phone is in the Privacy Policy.
A request for a price
The form asks for your name, email, phone, vehicle, the service you want, how you prefer to be contacted, and an optional message. You also confirm that the studio may contact you about that request. A completed form is a request for a price. It is not an appointment, and it does not hold a time.
If the page says the request was sent, the studio’s mail system accepted a message for [email protected]. That acceptance is still not an appointment. A copy kept on the server is a backup of the same details. The backup, by itself, is not the email and is not a booking.
If the page does not say the request was sent, do not treat that silence as proof that nothing was accepted. The reply can fail to reach your browser after the mail system has already accepted the message. When you are unsure, email [email protected] or call +1 (713) 522-1839.
Price and a confirmed time
The pricing page explains what changes the amount: the vehicle, the film, how many windows are filmed, and whether old tint has to come off. The site does not publish a rate card. The price that matters is the one the studio gives you for that vehicle. Work is put on the schedule only when the studio confirms the price and the time back to you. Until that confirmation, nothing is booked.
What the work covers
The studio installs automotive window film, removes old film, and replaces failed film. The films offered are standard dyed film, carbon film, and ceramic film. The vehicles described on the site are passenger cars, pickups, SUVs, crossovers, passenger vans, and Tesla glass, including a roof when that glass is part of the request. Front doors are planned so the combined reading can meet the Texas visible-light minimum. Darker shades are discussed for rear glass where that glass is allowed to be darker.
The film named on the quote is the film intended for the car. A visor strip or clear UV film on the windshield, when you ask for it, is additional glass and is part of the quote rather than a side window. Removal of old film is its own step when the glass already has film on it.
The studio does not offer mobile installation, vinyl wraps, paint-protection film, mechanical repair, or mirror and chrome film. It is not a Tesla-authorized shop. Naming a vehicle brand on the site is not a claim of affiliation.
Film and aftercare
The guides compare dyed, carbon, and ceramic film and explain shade as visible light transmission. They are there so you can choose before you ask for a price. The time the windows should stay up, and how long to wait before a wash, is given with that install. The site does not publish one cure time for every car, because film, temperature, and humidity change it.
Warranty
This website does not state a lifetime warranty, a warranty period, or a guaranteed cabin temperature. If the film you approve comes with a manufacturer warranty, that document is the warranty. Read it. The site does not restate its length or its conditions.
Guides and the law page
The percentage guide, the film comparison, the FAQ, and the Texas tint page are general information. The law page summarizes public Texas sources and links to them. It is not legal advice, not an inspection result, and not a promise that a particular film will pass. You are responsible for a vehicle that meets the rules that apply to it, including a lease that limits tint. The studio does not write medical statements.
Photographs and site content
The photographs show glass, film, and a workshop. They are not presented as a record of a particular customer’s car. The text and images are for reading this site and for requesting a quote. Copying them into another business’s marketing is not allowed. Trademarks named in the text, including vehicle brands, belong to their owners.
