Car window tintingShade, planned for the meter
Car window tinting at AQBECO Precision Tint covers the side and rear glass of passenger cars in Houston, plus the narrow windshield film Texas actually allows.

What this service is
Film is cut and laid on the inside of the glass for a coupe or sedan. The result is less glare, a more private cabin in daylight, and, with carbon or ceramic, less heat in the glass.
Luxury sedans and ordinary commuter cars use the same process. The quote changes with glass size and film, not with a badge. The studio is at 1414 Texas Avenue, Suite 400, Houston, TX 77002.
Which cars it fits
Coupes, sedans, and wagons. Trucks and SUVs have their own page because the glass area and rear sliders change the job. Tesla models do too, because of the glass roof and the electronics around the edges.
How it differs
This page is the install itself. Ceramic, carbon, and standard dye are the film choices inside it. Removal is separate when old film has to come off first.
Windshield film, inside Texas rules
A dark windshield below the AS-1 line is not a service here. Two windshield options are. A short visor strip above the AS-1 line, or five inches from the top if there is no AS-1 line, whichever ends higher. And a clear, untinted UV film, which the Texas DPS says may go anywhere on the windshield without a medical exemption. Colored or visibly dark film stays out of the driver’s main view. Details and citations are on the Texas car tint laws page.
How installation goes
The glass is cleaned. The film is cut to the panel. A slip solution lets the film move, then a squeegee locks it down and pushes the water out. Dot-matrix borders and tight gaskets take longer. You leave with the windows up.
What changes the price
Door count, coupes versus sedans, the film tier, old film that must be removed, and whether a visor strip or clear UV film is added. The pricing page explains those factors. The price is the quote for the vehicle.
Care
Leave the windows up for the cure time given at install. Skip the car wash until that window has passed. Ammonia cleaners and scraping the inside edge are what lift a corner. Small water pockets can still look different while the film dries.

Questions
Front doors and rear glass follow different Texas rules. The rear can be darker. The front has to meter at 25% VLT or higher with the factory glass.
Same-day timing is not promised. The quote says when the car can come in.
Photos lie about VLT. We pick a film and then talk about the meter, not about a picture on a phone.
